Inside the Self-Abandonment Check-In: 3 Questions to Expose Why You’re Exhausted (and How to Stop), you’ll discover:

• The Root of the Exhaustion: Why "rest" doesn't fix the burnout caused by constantly performing for others.

• The 3 Disruptive Questions: A simple framework to catch yourself in the act of self-abandonment before it drains your peace.

• The Path to Self-Trust: The first actionable step to stop shrinking and start becoming the woman you were meant to be.

But what if I’ve tried things like this before?”

I hear you. You’ve read the books, followed the "self-love" accounts, and maybe even tried a few journals. But most of those things focus on fixing you—as if you were broken.

The Self-Abandonment Check-In is different.

It’s not about fixing; it’s about remembering. It’s about exposing the survival mechanisms that served you in the past but are now holding you back. This isn't a 100-page textbook. It's a 5-minute, high-tension reset designed to interrupt your default setting of self-abandonment.

It’s the first step home. And it’s free.

WHO THIS IS FOR / NOT FOR

Is This Your Moment?

This is for you if...

You are the "strong one" everyone leans on, but you feel invisible.

You say "yes" to avoid conflict, even when your body says "no."

You feel a deep disconnection from your own needs and desires.

You are ready to stop performing and start practicing self-trust.

This is NOT for you if...

You are looking for a surface-level "quick fix" or generic motivation.

You aren't ready to look honestly at your patterns of people-pleasing.

You prefer to stay in the cycle of overgiving and emotional burnout.

You believe self-care is selfish and unnecessary.

A Note From Sandee

I created Becoming Her because I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and barely recognize yourself anymore.

For years, I struggled with self-doubt, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from the confident woman I knew I was meant to be. I kept starting over, trying to “fix” myself, while silently battling thoughts and feelings I didn’t always know how to explain.

What changed everything was realizing that healing, confidence, and self-worth are not built overnight. They’re built through small daily shifts in mindset, self-talk, boundaries, and the way you see yourself.

That’s why I created this guide.

Not as someone pretending to be perfect… but as someone who understands what it feels like to feel stuck, emotionally drained, and ready to become a stronger version of yourself.

My goal is simple:

To help you rebuild your confidence, reconnect with yourself, and become the woman you’ve been fighting to find again.
